Physician Practice Coordinator

MLXperts, LLC seeks a Physician Practice Coordinator in San Marino California to plan, direct, and coordinate the daily operations of the vaccination clinic. Keep vaccination inventory, and organize a log of vaccine status and fridge temperatures. Request vaccines as needed. Read the bibliography provided daily/weekly by different health departments, ensuring up-to-date information, guidelines, and protocols. For every new med-legal case, determine the correct department for processing and the medical specialty or specialties that fit the case. Understanding medical terminology, disease or injury progression, and standard of care. Optimize practice operations and provide administrative, technical, and clinical supervision to staff throughout the organization. Oversee utilization of clinical services, oversee process improvement, and track goals and objectives of each department through metrics and similar software. Organize all of the company’s digital platforms and services. Develop new projects upon request and adhere to tight deadlines. Evaluate, review, update, and improve clinical and clerical policies and protocols. Formulate operational policies, implement incoming patient-centered strategies, and oversee file administration, medical and administrative. Foster collaborative relationships within and outside the organization. Review and perform quality control on medical-legal reports. Keeping detail on terminology, nomenclature, and chronology in each report. Proofread medical transcription to ensure the delivery of reports on time. Assist with appointment scheduling, create and maintain medical/orthopedic patient charts. Review worksheets for the physical exams. Review and perform quality control on medical and operative reports, keeping detail on terminology, nomenclature, and chronology in each report. Assist with post-operative patient follow-up, including wound care management. Patient instruction on the use of durable medical goods, including crutch training, ice machines, braces and electrical stimulation units.

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a Medical or Health Administration field, or foreign equivalent, and have at least 1 year of experience in a health administration role. Experience must include the following: 6 months of experience in the following: providing clinical and administrative support to hospital services; assisting in clinic administration, checking inventory, and monitoring services and budget; analyzing population census and patient coverage; and following up on cases that needed to be reported to the public health department.
